# Manage Your Rainfrog Account Settings and Preferences

> Update your profile, manage your password, and learn how to request account deletion from Rainfrog Settings.

The **Settings** page is for profile and sign-in preferences. Subscription, credits, and billing live on **Manage Plan** — not in Settings.

## Profile

Update your display name, email, and profile picture from Settings.

* **Display name** — shown in the Rainfrog studio
* **Email address** — the address on your account
* **Profile picture** — optional avatar image

    Update your name, email, or avatar.
  </Step>

    Click **Save** to apply your changes.

## Password

If your account uses **email** sign-in (password or magic link), you can set or change your password in Settings.

    Scroll to the password area on the Settings page.

    Enter a new password, confirm it, and save.
  </Step>

If you signed up with **Google only**, Rainfrog does not manage a password for that account. Continue signing in with Google. Password controls appear when your account includes an email identity.

## Account deletion

To permanently delete your Rainfrog account, email **[support@rainfrog.ai](mailto:support@rainfrog.ai)** with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." The support team will confirm your identity and process the deletion.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. When your account is deleted:

* All projects and canvases are removed
* All uploaded assets (products, characters, environments) are deleted
* Generated outputs stored in your account are removed
* Your subscription is cancelled and no further charges are made

Export or download anything you want to keep before you submit a deletion request.
