# How to Manage Your Rainfrog Plan, Credits, and Billing

> View your plan and credit balance, upgrade or downgrade, purchase credit top-ups, pause or cancel, and manage billing in Rainfrog.

The **Manage Plan** tab is your hub for subscription and credits. From here you can see your plan and balance, change tiers, buy top-ups, open billing, pause, or cancel — without leaving the app.

## Viewing your plan and credits

Open **Manage Plan** in [app.rainfrog.ai](https://app.rainfrog.ai) to see:

* Your **current plan** (Hobby, Pro, or Ultra)
* Your **billing cycle** (monthly or annual)
* Your **credit usage** — available and used
* Status such as active, pausing, or cancelling at period end

Check this tab before a large campaign batch so you know how many credits you have left.

## Changing your plan

### Upgrading

    Select **Manage Plan** in the sidebar.

### Downgrading

Move to a lower tier from pricing / plan selection when available. Lower limits take effect according to your billing change. Projects and assets above the new limits are **not deleted**, but you may need to stay within the new caps to create more.

<Warning>
  Downgrading can reduce project and asset limits. Items above the new caps are not deleted automatically.
</Warning>

## Adding credits (top-ups)

If monthly credits run low, buy a one-time pack without changing your plan.

* Use **Top up credits** or **Buy 1,000 credits** on Manage Plan
* Top-up credits stay available until you use them
* They stack with your monthly allotment

## Manage billing

Rainfrog processes payments through **Stripe**. Use **Manage billing** on the Manage Plan page to open the customer portal for invoices, payment methods, and related billing details.

  </Step>
</Steps>

</Warning>

</Note>

## Annual vs. monthly billing

|              | Monthly               | Annual                            |
| ------------ | --------------------- | --------------------------------- |
| **Billed** | Each month | Once per year |
| **Discount** | —                     | 20% off                           |
| **Credits** | Added monthly | Added monthly throughout the year |
| **Cancel** | End of current period | End of current period |

Both cycles deliver credits on a monthly cadence. Annual billing pre-pays the year at a discount. Switch between monthly and annual from pricing when you change plans.
