# Rainfrog Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting

## Getting started

    You can create a free account to explore projects, browse workflows, and set up your asset library. **Generating images and video, and downloading outputs, requires an active paid plan** (Hobby, Pro, or Ultra) with credits.

  <Accordion title="What browsers does Rainfrog support?">
    Rainfrog works best in modern desktop browsers: **Chrome**, **Firefox**, **Safari**, and **Edge** (latest versions recommended). The node canvas is not optimized for mobile — use a desktop or laptop.

  <Accordion title="Do I need to know how to write AI prompts?">
    No. Rainfrog is built so you direct generation by connecting asset nodes on the canvas. An optional Text node exists when you want extra direction, but you do not need prompt engineering to get started.

## Generation & output

  <Accordion title="Why does my generation not look like my reference images?">
    Check the following:

    * Asset nodes are **connected** to the correct generator inputs
    * Product and character references are **sharp and well lit**
    * Try a **higher-fidelity model** on the Image Generator for final detail (credit cost updates on the node)
    * For edits, wire a previous result into **References** on a new Image Generator while keeping brand assets connected

  <Accordion title="How many images are produced per generation run?">
    An **Image Generator** run adds a new result to that node's history (you can keep iterating on the same node). A **Full Body Generator** run produces front, side, and back views. Build a multi-image campaign by iterating with locked assets or by using several generators in one project.

  <Accordion title="Why is generation taking a long time?">
    Time varies with model, settings, and load. Video takes longer than stills. Pro and Ultra plans are prioritized during busy periods. Keep working on the canvas while jobs run in the background queue.

  <Accordion title="Can I use Rainfrog-generated images commercially?">
    Yes. Images generated with your account and your uploaded assets are yours to use commercially, subject to the [Terms & Conditions](https://rainfrog.ai/terms).

## Credits & billing

  <Accordion title="How many credits does a generation cost?">
    Cost depends on the node, model, and settings. The exact amount for your current configuration is **shown on the generator before you click Generate**.

  <Accordion title="My credits ran out. What should I do?">
    1. **Buy a top-up** from **Manage Plan** (**Top up credits** / **Buy 1,000 credits**). Top-ups stay until you use them.
    2. **Upgrade** to a higher plan for a larger monthly allotment.

  <Accordion title="Do credits expire?">
    * **Subscription credits** roll over when your plan renews
    * **Top-up credits** stay available until you use them

  <Accordion title="I was charged but can't access my plan features.">
    Contact [support@rainfrog.ai](mailto:support@rainfrog.ai) with your account email. Billing access issues are typically resolved within one business day.

## Assets & storage

  <Accordion title="What image formats can I upload for assets?">
    **JPG and PNG** are recommended for products, characters, and environments. Upload the highest-quality reference you have — clarity improves fidelity.

  <Accordion title="I deleted an asset by mistake. Can I recover it?">
    No. Asset deletion is **permanent**. Re-upload the original file if you still have it locally.

  <Accordion title="I'm hitting my storage limit. What can I do?">
    * Delete unused assets under **Assets**
    * Upgrade — Hobby includes 5 GB, Pro 10 GB, Ultra 20 GB

    Yes. Library assets are available across all projects in your account.
